IMPORTANT NOTICE – RELEASE OF LIABILITY & HOLD HARMLESS By participating in or attending any event, training, practice, or activity conducted by Prospects Organization, LLC d/b/a Marucci Prospects or its independently operated affiliates, all participants, parents, and spectators acknowledge that baseball activities involve inherent risks of injury, illness, disability, or death. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants and guardians release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Prospects Organization, LLC d/b/a Marucci Prospects; its affiliates, directors, officers, coaches, staff, agents, and facility owners from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from participation or attendance, even if caused in whole or in part by negligence. Each affiliate is a separate and independent legal entity; Prospects Organization, LLC d/b/a Marucci Prospects is not responsible for the acts, omissions, debts, or liabilities of affiliates or individuals outside its control. Participation also authorizes emergency medical care if needed and grants permission for use of photographs or media for promotional purposes without compensation. By participating, you acknowledge and accept this release and hold harmless agreement, which is legally binding and enforceable.

By participating in or engaging with any affiliate program, all parties expressly acknowledge and agree that Prospects Organization, LLC d/b/a Marucci Prospects, its owners, officers, employees, and representatives shall be fully indemnified, defended, and held harmless from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, injuries, disputes, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to any affiliate’s operations, events, decisions, personnel, or activities.
